You will receive an email with details regarding the processing date, processing instructions, delivery/pick-up, and any additional information that you will need.
Reply to the email to choose your processing date.
You will pay our partners, Grain Bin Butchery & Market, a processing fee of $0.85 per pound of Hanging Weight for the meat cutting and packaging, also a flat fee of $150 per animal for butchering payable to the Grain Bin Butchery & Market.
The butchering fee will be shared ie. 1/4 beef = $37.50.
You will make the final payment to Klefstad Family Farm at pick-up or delivery
